One flat monthly plan. No meter.
Every call, every minute, every channel, month to month, cancel anytime. What it costs is a short call with us: it depends on your volume and how much of the night you want covered.
Nothing below is an upgrade tier. It is what the front desk does.
What one answered call is worth
This is a revenue line, not a cost line. Market values for the work itself, not quotes from any one company, and nothing to do with what we charge.
One spring replacement
$150 to $350In most cases, averaging about $250 nationally. That is the 6:40am call with a car shut in behind a dead door, and it goes to whoever picks up.
One repair visit, all in
$155 to $379The normal range across garage door repair, averaging $265. Cables, rollers, photo eyes, limit settings, the opener that finally quit.
One job at franchise scale
$808Precision Garage Door Service franchises averaged $808 per job in 2023, median $803, across the 103 franchised locations reporting a full 52 weeks, as reported by Franchise Chatter. Precision is a national franchise with a call center and premium pricing, not a typical independent's ticket. It is worth knowing what answering every call, every hour, is worth to the people already doing it.

A human answering service sells you minutes
Published rates, below. You buy a block of minutes and they take a message: nobody on that desk knows a torsion spring from a photo eye, and nobody on it is booking your truck.
| What you buy | Published rate | Per included minute |
|---|---|---|
| 50 included minutes | $250 a month | $5.00 |
| 500 included minutes | $1,725 a month | $3.45 |

The meter runs hardest in the week you bought it for
Fifty included minutes is under two minutes a day. One trapped-car call, taken properly with an address, a spring type, an opener brand and a booking, runs longer than that on its own.
Then January arrives. A cold snap takes out springs across a whole metro in one morning, thirty people call you before eight, and on a metered plan that is the day the bill goes vertical. Same on the Monday after a holiday weekend. Same on the evening run of doors that will not close.
Ours does not move. Cold snap week, holiday Monday, quiet Tuesday in June: one flat monthly plan, month to month. You never have to stand in a driveway working out whether a call is worth answering.
Want the call itself, step by step, before you talk to anyone? It is on how it works.
