Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

The service

GarageLine AI, operated by Flair Technologies Ltd, provides an AI-powered receptionist for garage door repair companies ("Companies"): answering calls, texts, and web inquiries, taking down the address and what the door is doing, stating published price ranges from the Company's price list, scheduling appointments, and sending related notifications. By using the service, as a Company or by communicating with a Company through it, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging terms

  • You receive texts only after contacting a Company by text, form, or phone, or after booking an appointment
  • If you are a garage door company owner or prospect, GarageLine AI (a service of Flair Technologies Ltd) sends you account notifications and customer-care texts (new-lead and new-booking alerts, account and service updates, and responses to a demo you requested) only after you provide your number and tick the SMS-consent box on a GarageLine AI form. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • For help with messaging, reach us through the contact page

Price ranges and bookings

Price ranges stated by the AI receptionist come from each Company's own published price list and are estimates, not binding quotes. The final price is confirmed by the Company once a technician has seen the door. The AI receptionist does not give repair or safety instructions: it never tells a caller to touch, adjust, wind, or release a spring, to pull the emergency release cord, to keep operating a door that is off its track, or to bypass a safety sensor. Those matters are handled by the Company's technicians. Appointments are made on the Company's calendar and are subject to the Company's own policies on cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling.

Call recording

Calls to a Company's line are recorded and transcribed as part of the service, and are made available to that Company. Recording-notice requirements vary by state; the assistant can give a recording notice on the Company's behalf, and the Company remains responsible for the notice its own callers must receive.

Company accounts

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their service list, pricing, licensing, and business information, for keeping dashboard credentials confidential, and for using the service only to communicate with people who contacted their business or consented to be contacted. Fees, billing, and cancellation terms for Companies are set out in the GarageLine AI Service Agreement, accepted at checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, to spam, to violate telecom regulations, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated responses can contain errors; Companies remain responsible for the work they perform, the licenses they hold, and the commitments they honor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair Technologies Ltd's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
